Tipper360 onboarding & support
Getting Started with Tipper360 — We'll Help You Every Step of the Way
A modern system should be straightforward to use. We'll help set up your operation, train your office and drivers, and support your team as you start using Tipper360 on real jobs.
A practical start
We help your team get comfortable with the system
Every tipper business runs its jobs a little differently. We help you prepare the information the office needs, show drivers how to use the app and establish someone in your business who can support new starters and subcontractors.
Bring your customer and site details
We can import suitable customer records, site addresses and related information, provided it is supplied in a workable format. We'll review what you have and what can be brought across; we don't promise that every format or historical document can be imported.
One-to-one office training
Your office administrator receives individual training on how to use Tipper360 for the operation — setting up and managing jobs, working with drivers and finding completed load records.
A practical driver training session
We show drivers how to access their jobs, follow instructions and record the loads and job-specific evidence they need. The focus is on the steps they use during a normal working day.
Help your own team help others
We work with an in-house person who learns the driver app and can show new drivers or subcontractors how it works, without having to arrange external training for every starter.
Tutorials to refer back to
Our video tutorials provide a useful reminder of the workflow and something your team can share when people need a refresher.
We're on hand while you settle in
During the first couple of weeks, we're available to help with questions as your office and drivers start using Tipper360. Thereafter, technical issues can be raised through our monitored support ticketing system.
Why this matters
Simple for drivers. Useful for the office.
Tipper360 is designed for the work tipper operators actually do: repeated loads, own trucks and subcontractors, changing destinations, live chat, vehicle checks and completed office records. Good onboarding helps your team use those capabilities with confidence.
- Drivers see the job and record the information it requires.
- The office can send work, handle changes and retrieve completed records.
- An in-house trainer can help new drivers and subcontractors.
- Support remains available after the initial rollout.
