Suzie Norris: What Digital Delivery Records Changed in the Moyglare Office
In short: Suzie Norris describes Moyglare Sand & Gravel's move after 24 years of working with a manual system. Her account is about what changed in the office: less manual entry, delivery information feeding into the Sage process, reports that can be checked when needed, and tonnage errors becoming visible sooner.

Twenty-four years working with the manual process
Suzie says moving away from the manual system was a massive change. Moyglare had worked that way for 24 years, and the business had previously trialled another system that she says would not have worked with their drivers.
When Hub360 came on board, the implementation still required work. Suzie describes the process of deciding what information needed to come into the portal and, importantly, what Moyglare's customers needed from the delivery process.
Reducing the paperwork
One of Moyglare's aims was to eliminate much of the duplicate paperwork it had been producing for years. Suzie says a key change was being able to move from two dockets to one.
What changed on Monday morning
The most concrete part of Suzie's account is the billing workflow. She says Hub360 worked with Sage so the delivery information could come across for the office.
Previously, the office manually entered details including the date, docket number and site. Suzie says that with the new process the information comes across in a CSV file, leaving the office to price the work rather than re-enter those delivery details manually.
Reports make the information easier to check
From an accounts perspective, Suzie says the information is available in report form and can be checked when needed. That gives the office a clearer view of what has been recorded instead of relying on the physical docket reaching the desk first.
Spotting tonnage errors sooner
Suzie also highlights error checking. If there is an error in the tonnage coming across, she says it can be seen on the report screen. With the old manual process, the office might not see the docket until it came back at the end of the week.
Her point is simple: the office can identify an error much closer to when the work happens instead of discovering it when the weekly paperwork arrives.
What Suzie's experience shows
This is Moyglare's experience, not a guarantee that every business will have the same accounts setup or outcome. What it demonstrates is the difference between merely digitising a docket and designing the delivery information so it can continue into the office process afterwards.
